This industrial membrane separation nitrogen generator produces high-purity nitrogen on site with advanced hollow fiber membrane technology, delivering 100Nm3/h at 99% purity for laser cutting, electronics, food packaging and chemical blanketing applications.

Working Principle

Compressed air passes through hollow fiber membrane bundles. Oxygen and water vapor permeate the membrane fibers faster than nitrogen, producing a continuous, dry nitrogen stream at the outlet without regeneration cycles or adsorbent replacement.
